Case presentation.

Family History
14 people – 7 males, 7 females
Address: 99B, Lot 93, Section 22, KTLD, Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi, 93150 Kuching, Sarawak.

Chiefs’ complain
- Shoes are missing on 14th March 2006 (one month after sweet Valentine).
- No shoe for lectures.

Signs and symptoms
- All males’ leather black shoes are missing except two pairs (not nice one).
- 4 ½ pairs of females’ formal shoes are missing.
- A pair of new, a pair of old NIKE sport shoes, two pairs of POWER sport shoes, and some sport shoes are missing.
- All sandals remain intact, except a pair.

History of present illness (shoes missing)
- Beh : 3 pairs (Hush Puppies-RM250, Sport shoes-RM200(old),RM80(new)
- Mrbigcanon : 3 pairs (NIKE-RM200(old),RM160(new), Leather shoes-RM80)
- CK : Roughly RM300
- Xavyer : 2 pairs (Leather shoes-RM152(jz bought, after discount), Sport shoes-RM80)
- Nicholas : 3 pairs-roughly RM220
- Mark : Italy collection leather shoes-RM200
- N.J : 2 pairs (RM60, RM35)
- P.F & Julie : 1 pair each-RM60
- L.M : 2 pairs-RM45, RM10(her black shoes only RM10; can’t believe it)
- Ee Hua : a pair of old sport shoes “can be thrown already”(Beh,2006)-RM50±
- S.L : one side of a pair of black shoes-RM20
- Sylvia and H.J no symptom.
- Total up : RM2252 (old+new shoes, difficult to define)
- Others system normal – gate and door intact.

Pathogenesis
One day before-evening-P.F alone in house-a stranger came-looking around-saw P.F-pretended want to cut the grass-communicated a while-Julie came back-stranger left by excuse “waiting another friend”-nothing happen after that.

That night, I slept early-girls slept at 3.00am-no suspicious sound-believed it happen in the early morning-don’t know whether this event related to the stranger or not-morning-woke up-shoes missing-boys have to wear remaining black shoes, or sport shoes, or sandals to lecture.

Treatment
That night, booked a car and went to Wisma Hoh Poh and Saberkas together and spent there on shoes. Drugs’ name : Hush Puppies, Kangaroo, Crocodile(why all animals’ name), Romani.

Complication
spent a lot of money, but have new shoes; light up throughout the night; expansive shoes are being put inside the house if not use; lock the room and house door everytime go out; adrenaline level increased

Small Story Big Moral…

“Erk…Hmm”, long long time ago, in a southern province of china, there were two friends – A and B. A is quite handsome but B is quite chubby.

A always hurts B by saying he is fat. (Don’t know whether he said it intentionally or unintentionally). But, B doesn’t like A said like that. (In fact, no one likes people call them fat). Therefore, in order to respect his friend, one day, B told A never calls him fat again. But, this action had made A annoyed. And A starts to speak less with B. When B is trying to speak with A, A will say that he should not speak with B.

The moral of the story are:
1. If you have done something wrong to a person, you should not apologize, however you should angry with that person. (like a Chinese proverb “e ren xian gao zhuang”)
2. If you don’t like some people doing/saying/speaking/craping something, you shouldn’t tell him directly/sincerely, even if he/she is your friend. On the contrary, you should keep/store/hide it in the deep place in your heart, at the same time, smile at him/her seem nothing happen.
3. “Ren shan bei ren qi, ma shan bei ren qi” - The fiercer always the more right.

I also have a story about him.

The story begins…

Last Friday, after my adventurous and scaring PBL discussion, and when I was decided to return back the model of eye which I borrowed, suddenly…

“Where is PBL seven?”, “Do you have any PBL seven group member’s number?” Dr. Abdul Karim said.

At that time, Shin Yi and I were stuck by these two questions.

Then I said I have.

The first person came into my mind is Mr.Bigcanon. Then I told him the number directly because it is available in my mind. After I told him, I felt a bit guilty. I just realized I shouldn’t tell him, because Mr.Bigcanon might unexpected.

Fortunately, he didn’t answer.

“No answer. Any others?” he said.

To prevent him feel like I am playing him, I quickly gave him another group member’s (Ee Hua) number who I know is in PBL seven. Another members like Romi, Yieng Ling, unfortunately, I don’t have their number.

Therefore, I hoped Ee Hua will answer the call.
If not, I don’t know what can happen.

Thank god, he answered finally with his monotone.

“I am Dr. Abdul Karim. Are you PBL seven group member?”
“Yes.”
“Just now what is going on”
“Dr. Rajalaxmy came and observe”
“Who? Dr. Rajalaxmy?”
“Yes”
“What is your name?”
“Ee Hua”
“What? Yi Fa? Can you tell others PBL group members that I would like to have a review session for this week PBL trigger?”
“But we have discussed it already”
“Just a short review session. You have lecture from 8-9am, right? So after a 10 minutes break, we will do the review session.”
“This week trigger or next week trigger?”
“Or we start PBL at 10.00am with this week trigger first, then we continue with the next week trigger. Is it ok?”
“Ok”
“Please tell others”

So, I would like to help Ee Hua to announce here. For those who are PBL seven group members, please be informed. Next week you will have one review session for Trigger one, and an introduction session for Trigger two. Please be prepared!

Cute...

During 2006Chinese New Year(although it was a very long time already, but I insist to post this out), I went back to my grandmother's house for celebrating Chinese New Year. This is the second time I celebrated Chinese New Year at there. This is because I live at Johor and my grandmother is at Perak. It takes quite a long time to reach there. The first time was when I was working there as a part-time promoter.

The main difference between celebrating Chinese New Year at Johor and Perak is the atmosphere.

I am not saying that there is no Chinese New Year atmosphere at Johor, but it is different if compare with Perak.

This is because my relatives in Johor are lesser than those at Perak.

If I only count the children of my cousins(biao ge&biao jie) of my first aunt only,
it will give you a big surprise.

My first aunt
-First cousin - 4 children (2boys 2girls)
-Second cousin - 4 children (3boys 1girl)
-Third cousin - 2 children (2 girls)
-Forth cousin -2 children (1 boy 1girl)
-Fifth cousin - 2 children (1 boy 1girl)
-Sixth cousin - 1 boy only not bad, not bad
-Seventh cousin - Still available
-Eighth cousin - 1 girl only

Therefore, total up=16 cute children

When they came to my grandmother's house, the house will become crowded and noisy.
